Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes
Serves 4

 •  1 Live Dungeness Crab (pre-boiled or steamed)
 •  2 lemons (divided use)
 •  ⅓ cup Old Bay (plus more for garnish)
 •  5 cloves garlic, smashed
 •  ½ onion peeled and cut, into 6 pieces
 •  250g small Yukon gold potatoes, halved
 •  2 ears corn on the cob, cut into 3-4 inch pieces
 •  2½ tbsp butter
 •  1½ tbsp chopped parsley

Additional seafood you can add to your Seafood Boil (not included in DIY Kit):

 •  1 Boston Lobster (pre-boiled or steamed)
 •  200g Surf Clams, scrubbed
 •  100g smoked sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
 •  200g prawns peeled and deveined (tails left on)

Directions:
1  Cut 2 of the lemons into quarters. Then, slice the remaining lemon into wedges and reserve the wedges for garnish.

2  Bring to boil a large pot with 14-16 cups of water, with the 2 quartered lemons along with Old Bay, smashed garlic and cut onion.

3  Add the potatoes to the pot and cook for 8 minutes.

4  Add Dungeness Crab, other seafood (except prawn) and corn, cook for 5 minutes.

5  Add any remaining additional ingredients like prawn or sausage (if using) and cook for 2-3 minutes.

6  Drain the seafood mixture from the pot, reserving 1 cup of the seafood broth.

7  Melt butter in a small bowl and whisk it into the reserved broth. Then, pour the broth over the seafood mixture.

Garnish with chopped parsley and remaining lemon wedges. Sprinkle with additional Old Bay to taste, then serve immediately.
