Shipping policy

SHIPPING COST 

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100.

For orders under $100, we charge an $8 flat rate for local delivery.

DELIVERY INFORMATION 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days / at your chosen delivery date (excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

DELIVERY TIME 

Deliveries are made from 12 PM to 5 PM on Monday - Sunday. 

All orders will be delivered as per your chosen delivery date. In the event that no one is home to receive the order, our delivery personnel will contact you via the mobile number you have provided us with. If you are still uncontactable within 5 minutes, we will leave your order outside your doorstep.

Do note that Global Live Seafood will not be liable for any spoilage or losses when the products are left unattended, so we highly recommend that someone is present to receive them.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can self-pickup at our store: 1007 Aljunied Avenue 4 #01-09, Singapore, 389908. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9 AM to 5 PM on Monday - Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days / at your chosen pickup date. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

We accept walk-in appointments, please contact us before dropping by so that we can arrange a time with you.
