To ensure that you'll only receive live seafood of the freshest quality and grade, our products go through a final quality check before they are packed and delivered to your doorstep.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at +6848 3998 immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event that you have received our products in a condition that is not to your liking, please contact us immediately at +6848 3998 or email us at hello@globalliveseafood.com on the same day they are delivered, and we will work to resolve this together.
We ask that you do not discard the items but instead take a photo and keep them in the box they are delivered while we head down to see what we can do for you.
Global Live Seafood reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the request is made after the stipulated time frame.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
Due to food hygiene reasons, goods sold are non-refundable and non-returnable. We also reserve the right to reject any exchanges if damages or spoilage are not due to an error on our part.
